Protect their future – Register your intent now for school vaccination

9 February 2026

WA Health’s School-based Immunisation Program is a safe and convenient way for adolescents to receive important vaccinations – right at school, delivered by qualified nurses.

These free vaccines help protect against serious illnesses, including life-threatening meningococcal disease, pertussis (whooping cough) and human papillomavirus-related cancers.

What’s offered?

  • Year 7: Human papillomavirus (HPV) and diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (dTpa) vaccines
  • Year 10: Meningococcal ACWY vaccine

Parents and guardians must consent or decline vaccination before the school visit. This is quick and easy through the online intent form.

Act today to give your adolescent the best protection from serious diseases.
