Your story might be about you, or someone close to you. You can say what happened, what was good, and what could have been better.
Stories can be about healthcare organisations including hospitals, primary health networks, aged care and mental health services, and community health centres.

Want to be a watcher?
Care Opinion Australia offers 'read only' subscriptions for public interest bodies (often consumer organisations or statutory organisations).
This 'read only' subscription allows such organisations to receive free email alerts (up to 2 staff) when a story has been posted about a service that you have an interest in. This is what is called 'watcher' status.
